Simple troubleshooting

1. When the equipment is powered on and does not run, first connect the two poles of the power cord directly to the two terminals of the motor to see if the motor rotates. If the motor rotates, it means the motor is good, and check other devices. If the motor does not turn, it means that the motor is broken. At this time, don't rush to buy a motor to replace each other, and continue to check the quality of the contactor. If possible, use a multimeter to test whether the two terminals of the contactor are short-circuited. If it is short-circuited, it means that the contactor is broken first, causing the motor to work non-stop and overheat damage. The motor and the corresponding contactor need to be replaced.

2. The motor connected to the temperature control suddenly stops working during the working process, and it can work normally after a while. If this happens, please don't be nervous. This is the thermostat working. If the thermostat starts too frequently, it means that your work requires a more powerful motor, or you can install a cooling system yourself.

3. For customers who use variable voltage power supply, if your power supply drive motor motor cannot reach the rated power, it means that the output power of the power supply you selected is smaller than the motor power.
